Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., Orion Pictures Corporation and United Artists Films Inc. (collectively, "MGM," "we," "us") share your concern about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy discloses what information we gather on our network of websites (collectively, the "MGM Site" or our "Site"), how we use it, and how to correct or change it. CHILDREN:

The MGM Site is not directed to or intended for children under the age of thirteen. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use the MGM Site. MGM does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen. In certain areas of the Site (for example, on sweepstakes and contest entry pages and on registration pages), we may ask for age or birthdate information in order to help verify the age of Site Visitors. You hereby agree that all information you provide to MGM through the MGM Site, including but not limited to information regarding age verification, shall be truthful, accurate, and complete. INFORMATION THAT MGM COLLECTS:

MGM gathers personal information about visitors to the MGM Site ("Site Visitors") from three different sources: (a) personal information that individual Site Visitors provide when using or registering to use one or more of our services; (b) personal and contact information that Site Visitors provide when voluntarily participating in contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions; and (c) through merchandise purchase transactions through the MGM Site. In addition, user information is aggregated for tracking data derived by tallying and identifying users' page views throughout our Site, by depositing and tracking cookies, by logging IP addresses, identifying browser type, and through other technologies. Such information enables us to better tailor our content to readers' needs and to help advertisers and partners better understand the demographics of our audience. MGM gathers user information in the following processes:

General Data Collection
We collect personal information about you (such as your name, email address, zip code, and interests) when you volunteer such information, for example when you complete a registration form to use one or more of our services ("Registration Information"), or when you complete other forms on the MGM Site, for example to enter a contest or sweepstakes. We may also collect information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, and your Site usage patterns, such as the pages on the MGM Site you have visited and the amount of time you have spent on our Site. If you contact us, we may keep a record of your correspondence. Wherever we collect personal information from you online, we will make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page. We may retain personal information you provide us for internal use, such as to provide you with an enhanced or customized experience, or to pre-populate a shipping form in the event that you later purchase something through our Site.

Cookies
To enhance your experience with our Site, many of our webpages use "cookies." In general, cookies are small text files that we place in your computer's browser to store your preferences. These cookies do not, by themselves, tell us your e-mail address and/or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information to us by, for example, registering at our Site. If, however, you choose to furnish the Site with personally identifiable information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie. MGM Newsletter
During the course of registration and in other areas of the Site, users may be invited to receive a free email subscription to the MGM.com Newsletter and various other email updates and bulletins that we send out on a periodic basis containing items that we hope will be of interest to Site Visitors. In order to receive the Newsletter, Site Visitors must "opt in" by affirmatively checking the appropriate box, clicking the appropriate link, or otherwise responding to an invitation to subscribe by "opting in" to the Newsletter subscription. Site Visitors must provide their email address in order to receive the Newsletter. Newsletter subscribers who wish to remove themselves from this mailing list can do so by following the link provided in every newsletter, or by visiting the "unsubscribe" page on the main MGM.com site, located at http://www.mgm.com/newsletter_unsubscribe.do.

Forums
We may provide message boards and other forums on our Site for discussing various topics (collectively, the "Forums"). Although any Site Visitor may read postings in a Forum, only registered Site Visitors can make posts. Please note that information you post to a Forum will be available for any user of that service to read, and is therefore no longer private.

Various Periodic Surveys/Polls
We may ask Site Visitors to participate in surveys from time to time which are typically aimed at obtaining general or demographic information about Site Visitors. Because information obtained in these surveys may be connected with individual Site Visitors and is used internally to better market our services, participation is voluntary. Data collected from these surveys may be shared with third parties in aggregate form, but such data will not be linked to any personally identifying information provided to us.

Sweepstakes and Contests
MGM offers contests and sweepstakes from time to time which require Site Visitors to provide additional personal information in order to participate so that, for example, we can verify entrants' identity and eligibility, and notify potential winners. Participation in such sweepstakes and contests is voluntary. The Official Rules for such contests and sweepstakes may contain additional or different terms regarding the use of personal information provided by entrants. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and a contest's or sweepstakes' Official Rules, the Official Rules for that promotion will govern. Please make sure to read the Official Rules for all promotions offered on the MGM Site.

Purchases
If you purchase products or services on our Site, we may collect additional information from you, such as your address, phone number, payment information, or shipping information. We will not release payment information to third parties except as necessary to complete a transaction between you and such third party, or to otherwise fulfill your order. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party service provider, which receives the credit card number and other personal information only to verify the credit card number and process transactions.

HOW MGM USES AND SHARES INFORMATION:

We use and disclose information obtained from Site Visitors as stated in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by law. The personally identifying information gathered on the MGM Site may be shared with certain third parties. For example: Your information may be shared with external third party shippers. These shippers will use such information to fulfill the transaction you may have requested. Additionally, MGM-sponsored or third-party sweepstakes, contests or promotions where demographic information is gathered may be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The information gathered beyond name, e-mail address, age, and gender is optional except in the case of certain sweepstakes/contests, where further information may be needed for prize fulfillment.

Your information may be shared within MGM and with its affiliates and subsidiaries (such use, "Internal Sharing"). Your information may also be shared with MGM's joint venturers, sponsors, partners, and licensees with whom MGM has entered into sharing agreements (collectively, the "MGM Partners") in order to provide you additional products or services. The information we collect may be combined with information collected by MGM Partners to enable us to provide better service to you. You will be asked if you would like to "opt in" to such information sharing with MGM Partners when you register for certain MGM site features. If you do not want your information to be shared with third parties who are MGM Partners, do not check the opt-in box on the registration page. If you have already granted MGM permission to share your information, you may opt out of future information sharing with MGM Partners by sending an email to privacy@mgm.com and requesting that your information not be shared with third parties or by modifying your preferences in the "Update Profile" area of the main MGM site, currently located at http://www.mgm.com/profile_signin.do. Users cannot opt out of Internal Sharing.

We also reserve the right to disclose personal information to third parties when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Use, to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of MGM or its partners and affiliates, Site Visitors, or the public, to respond to an emergency, or as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information if you have given us permission to do so, for example by voluntarily entering a contest or making a purchase on our Site. We use tracking data to create aggregate reports on Site Visitor demographics, Site traffic patterns, and consumer behavior; we may provide these reports to our advertisers and partners, enabling them to better target their advertisements to Site Visitors.

SERVICE PROVIDERS:

We work with third parties who provide services which may include website hosting, order processing and fulfillment, credit card clearance, e-commerce affiliation, data analysis, emailing, and other services of an administrative nature. Personal information, including financial information, may be shared with such third parties for the purpose of providing such services. We seek to impose confidentiality obligations on such service providers.

SITE NOTICES:

From time to time, in our sole discretion, we may email registered Site Visitors important information regarding their use of the Site or changes to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service. You may not opt out of receiving such information.

CORRECTING INFORMATION:

You may correct or update information contained in your user profile at any time online by visiting http://www.mgm.com/profile_signin.do, entering your email address and password, clicking "Submit" to enter the update area, and entering new information on the update profile page (click "Submit" on the update page to save changes).

LEAVING THE SITE:

Please note that third parties may collect information about you, through cookies or other technologies, when you link to their websites through our Site. You acknowledge that we do not monitor or control the information collection or privacy practices of these or any other third parties, and are not responsible for their practices or the content of their websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such third parties to understand how they collect and use information.

SECURITY:

We use reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. Yet because no security system is impenetrable, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers. It is also possible that information you supply to us will be intercepted during transmission.

EXCLUSIONS:

This Privacy Policy does not restrict or prohibit our use or disclosure of public information. We reserve the right to transfer any and all information that we collect from Site Visitors to third parties in the event that we sell or transfer substantially all of our assets related to the MGM Site to such third party.

REVISIONS TO POLICY:

Please note that by using the MGM Site, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Site. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, which we may provide to you by any reasonable means including, without limitation, posting the amended policy on the MGM Site.
